Welcome to Waters Edge, a development located in the picturesque suburb of Warners Bay, NSW. Our project is designed to provide luxurious and modern living spaces while ensuring the utmost safety and structural stability.

At Waters Edge, we have employed a range of engineering solutions to ensure the highest standards of quality and functionality. Our scope of works includes Structural Engineering, Post Tension Design, Shoring Design, Value Engineering, and Temporary Works Design.

To ensure the stability of our vertical structure, we have utilised a combination of internal load bearing dincel walls and precast external load-bearing facades. Our reinforced dincel walls provide exceptional lateral resistance to both earthquake and wind loading, ensuring the safety and security of our residents.

We have also incorporated post-tension slabs in our floor systems, enabling large spans to the units and accommodating the large, cantilevered corner balconies. This innovative solution ensures that our residents can enjoy breathtaking views while living in a structurally sound and stable environment.
