Welcome to the Turner Office Upgrade project! Our team provided consultancy and structural engineering services for this project located in the ACT.

The scope of our structural engineering services included addressing the issue of excessive deflections in the existing floor plates. Our analysis revealed that the existing floor beams did not meet the required capacity in strength. To solve this issue, we designed a solution that took into consideration the need to retain existing services. Our design involved the addition of UC steel sections, flat plates, and columns to increase the strength capacity of the floor system.

Furthermore, we applied a levelling compound to ensure a smooth and even surface for the new office upgrade. Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that their requirements were met, and the project was completed to their satisfaction.
