Lawson South

Lawson was one of the largest parcels of undeveloped residential land in Belconnen. It is well located in relation to the facilities and services in the Belconnen Town Centre, the recreational opportunities provided by Lake Ginninderra and its surrounding open spaces and the close proximity to public transport and higher education facilities at the University of Canberra and the Canberra Institute of Technology.

Indesco was commissioned by the LDA to prepare detailed design documents and construction phase services for all landscape works associated with the estate. The detailed design documents include drawings and a design intent report (including aesthetic design intent and proposed treatments e.g. materials, colours, textures, a playground hierarchy based on various user age groups, park furniture and miscellaneous equipment, plant schedule, specifications and cost estimate), relating to all landscape elements.
