Jacka 1 Estate

Indesco was engaged by the LDA to prepare the EDP and detailed design for a 300 dwelling residential estate in the suburb of Jacka.

Following the completion of the design phase Indesco were engaged by the LDA to provide construction phase services including contract administration and construction surveillance services.

The civil works comprised bulk earth works, roadworks, sewers, watermains, stormwater and a floodway at the southern end of The Horsepark Wetlands.

A particular challenge with the project was the integration of the estate construction works with the construction of Horse Park Drive which was under construction concurrently. Construction of the estate is now complete.
