Franklin School Expansion

Welcome to the Franklin School Expansion project, located in the ACT. Indesco were engaged to accommodate the growing need for local primary and early childhood services in the area.

Indesco, as the detailed design consultant, were responsible for the design and implementation of a new multi-purpose community hall/gymnasium, two large education learning centers, and various external structures including storage structures, link walkways, and long-span canopies.

Our scope of works included structural feasibility studies, value engineering, foundation design, post-tension slab design, long-span structural steel design, landscape structural design, civil preliminary sketch plan, final sketch plan inputs, carpark plan, vehicle access and site grading, stormwater, and waste management, development application, and temporary traffic management.

We are proud to have been a part of this significant expansion project that provides an additional 450 places for students and a full preschool, ensuring that the Franklin School can continue to provide quality education to the local community.
