Denman Prospect Estate (Stages 1A1 and 1A2)

Indesco was awarded the commission to provide contract management and construction surveillance of the concurrent packages to construct Denman Prospect Stage 1A1 ($20m) and Stage 1A2 ($10m).

A unique characteristic on this project has been the sale of the land prior to completion of the civil and landscape works.

As two different contractors are involved, a particular challenge on this project is the management of interface issues particularly where roads and services networks across the staging boundaries.

Indesco’s resourcing strategy has ensured that a well structured team is in place to ensure rapid resolution of contractual issues as well as a rigorous review of construction quality procedures.
