The site is located within Lot 1, 5, 6, 8 and 12 DP 27502 with total area of 35.6 ha. The land is zoned for combination of R2, R3, R4, RE2 and E2. The proposed development involves construction of new roads, footpath,subdivision of lots and supporting infrastructure including stormwater drainage, sewer, water supply, gas, NBN, electrical. Indesco was engaged to prepare DA master plan for the proposed development.

Indesco delivered conceptual design for DA master plan including road geometry, stormwater drainage, flood modelling and bulk earthworks liaising with the surveyor, town planner and council development engineer.
