Cooks Cove Master Plan was prepared, for a consortium of sporting organisations, to present strategies that outline the vision for growth and to plan for the infrastructure needs to support that growth. The Master Plan serves the relevant park, sports and recreational needs and further positions Cooks Cove as a premier Sports and Recreation destination.
The Master Plan organised a systematic layout of roads, sporting fields, facilities, circulation networks and responses to existing significant habitat including wetlands that are home to the green and golden bell frogs. The Master plan was well received by Sports NSW and Bayside Council and has galvanised funding commitment from various stakeholders.
