The project involves subdivision of two parcels of land Lot 220 and Lot 151 DP2475 with total area of 2.4 ha. 48% of the area is zoned for R2 (low density residential), 45% is zoned for E4 (environmental living), the rest is zoned for SP2 (infrastructure). The land is subdivided for 24 residential lots and 1 residual lot with supporting infrastructure including local access roads, pedestrian connectivity, stormwater drainage, sewer, water supply, gas, NBN, electrical.
Indesco delivered conceptual design for road geometry, stormwater management, bulk earthworks and associated design stormwater reports and provided OSD hydraulic compliance certificate.
