In these uncertain times, Indesco remains committed to the health and well-being of our people, clients and communities. We value our relationships and wish to reassure our staff and clients that we are responding to the circumstances in an informed and balanced way.
We are immensely proud that we have a team that takes ownership and is capable of working independently. Indesco directors and staff remain steadfast in our belief that, if we come through this as a team together, we will be all the stronger to move forward into the future.
We are working closely with our clients to ensure projects and services are delivered with as little disruption as possible.
What are we doing?
- Promoting measures to prevent the spread of infection across the organisation;
- Minimising face-to-face meetings;
- Suspended all non-essential travel;
- Transitioned our staff to remote working from home;
- Established protocols for self isolation periods as required;
- Establishing regular communication channels within teams and with clients;
The measures serve to minimise risk to our staff whilst ensuring continuity of operations. At this stage there is no material impact on our ability to deliver projects.
Our communities face a challenging time as we respond to COVID-19 and the demands surrounding the pandemic. Indesco has contingencies in place to deliver required outcomes, with flexible plans that can be adjusted as necessary.
Furthermore, our commitment to our clients remains unchanged. We will continue to actively monitor advice from relevant authorities and to take the necessary steps to ensure our people and our clients are supported. As we value our personal relations with our clients, we would encourage anyone who should have further questions or require clarification to reach out to Indesco staff for information.
We wish you well and trust we will all get through this difficult time safely.
