Description:
Indesco was engaged by the LDA/Hindmarsh joint venture to prepare the EDP for the Woden Green Estate. On completion, the estate will comprise a mixed commercial and residential uses including some 500 plus dwellings in medium and high density developments. The project included the significant stormwater works (1200mm dia) below Callam Street involving the reconstruction of the Wilbow St/Callum St intersection including traffic signals and extensive relocation and management of existing communications (TransACT /ICON), gas and electrical services. Callum Street remained opened to traffic throughout the project necessitating extensive temporary traffic management and night works. The project was completed during 2010.
