Description:
Indesco was engaed by Forde Developments to undertake the detailed design and documentation of Stage 2 and prepare the EDP for Stage 4 of the estate. The company was subsequently engaged to undertake the detailed design and documentation of Stage 4 and the contract administraion for Stage 2 and 4 construction. Stages 2 and 4 comprise 760 residential dwellings, a commercial area for a local shopping centre and leisure facilities, and a site for a private school and large ornamental ponds/wetlands whic provide a key landscape feature and the water quality control facility for the estate.
