Description:

The Casey 2 estate is a development by Delfin Lend Lease in joint venture with the Macquarie Bank located in Gungahlin ACT. It comprises of around 1,200 residential lots, a commercial area for a local centre and leisure facilities, and large ornamental ponds/wetlands which provide a key landscape feature and the water quality control facility for the estate. Indesco was engaged by Delfin Lend Lease to undertake the masterplanning for the entire estate. On completion of the masterplanning Indesco has been engaged to prepare the EDPs and detailed design for each stage progressively. The company has also been engaged to undertake the construction surveillance and the contract administration for all stages.
