Description:

Indesco was engaged by the LDA to prepare the EDP and DA documentation for a 650 lot subdivision in Bonner, ACT. The design team for the EDP and DA included the specialist subconsultants nominated in this submission. Indesco were further commissioned to prepare the detailed design of the estate in 3 stages. The civil works construction value lies in the region of $30m. Construction of all 3 stages has commenced and Indesco are engaged to carry out the construction management and supervision.
